About Paradise Patties LimitedStarted by Delsie Johnson and Herman Oliver, Paradise Patties Limited, based in North London began with the aim of supplying good quality food products to the fast food outlets in and around London. In that regard, the company has been running a successful operation for the past two (2) years. Having achieved a degree of success in that area, the directors decided to branch out in a more diverse field. Herman Oliver, based on his experience in the patty producing filed, decided to use that experience to produce a Jamaican styled patties. Using an old family recipe handed down to him by his mother, which has proven successful over the last forty (40) years, the company has created five flavours of patties. Currently at Paradise Patties Limited we produce beef, vegetable, saltfish, halal lamb and chicken. By using old style methods coupled with an old styled recipe, we have come up with what tastes like the true home flavoured patties. Hence the name Paradise Patties. The success of this new product line has been achieved with the minimum of advertising and is purely driven by word of mouth. “Once Tasted Never Forgotten”.Based on current trends, we at Paradise Patties Limited foresee an increase both in production and personnel in the not too distant future.
