Herman OliverBorn in Jamaica, Herman moved to England in the early 1960s to join his family. Schooled in England, he joined the army, became a government officer and is now an astute business man. From a long line of patty producing family his mother started producing patties in Jamaica and came to England in the 1950s where she started a family business in 1957 providing products for fast food outlets. Herman’s mother passed on the recipe and although the family business is still going strong in Wolverhampton, Herman being the free sprit that he is, decided to take his expertise into London. From working closely with his family over the years supplying patties in England and abroad he has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the business and the distributors therein. This experience has given him a firm insight into the needs of his customers and where possible he tries to adapt to these needs. This has been reflected in the quick expansion of the products provided by Paradise Patties Limited. | | Herman Oliver |
